The Portuguese Competition Authority (PCA) hosted over 300 participants at the III Lisbon Conference on Competition Law and Economics, held on the 14th and 15th of January, 2010.

Two dozen internationally renowned experts presented studies and reflected on some of the most relevant fields in competition law and economics such as two-sided markets, energy, intellectual property and competition policy enforcement in times of crisis.

This PCA initiative welcomed participants from a wide range of areas, including politics and business, regulators, members of the judiciary, lawyers, academics and journalists. Notwithstanding the strong presence of Portuguese participants, the Lisbon Conference was attended by experts from over 20 countries.
