5th ICN Cartel Workshop - How to crack a Cartel in three days?

The Portuguese Competition Authority invites you to take up the challenge of "How to Crack a Cartel in Three Days" at the 2008 ICN Cartel Workshop.

The 5th ICN Cartel Workshop will take place in Lisbon from 28th to 30th October, 2008, at Centro Cultural de Belém.

The ICN Cartel Workshops have taken a leading role in the discussion and dissemination of best practices on cartel-related issues. Building on the strengths of past workshops, the 2008 ICN Cartel Workshop will cover theoretical and practical approaches to enforcement. During the three-day Workshop, discussion will focus on specific phases of the enforcement process, namely detection, investigation and prosecution, allocating one day to each phase.
