The Portuguese Competition Authority challenges you to crack a cartel in three days during the 5th Annual ICN Cartel Workshop. The Workshop will take place in Lisbon, at Centro Cultural de Belém, from 28th to 30th October 2008.

The ICN Cartel Workshops have a leading role in the discussion and dissemination of best practices on cartel-related issues. We hope that the 2008 ICN Cartel Workshop will provide fruitful development of the working product of the ICN Cartel Working Group, which has been instrumental in building up effective antitrust agencies, and designing effective sanctions for cartels.

Although ICN Cartel Workshops are only open to ICN member agencies, last years experience in discussing cartel-related issues with NGA delegates has showed to be of interest. Therefore, some invited NGA delegates will also attend part of the program.
