Discriminatory prices or sales conditions are considered in article 1 of Decree-Law n.º 370/93, of 29th of October 1993, as modified by Decree-Law n.º 140/98, of 16th of May 1998.
It is prohibited for an economic agent to set discriminatory prices or sales conditions for equivalent transactions.
