Price lists and terms of sale are considered in article 2 of Decree-Law n.º 370/93, of 29th of October 1993, as modified by Decree-Law n.º 140/98, of 16th of May 1998.
Article 2 of Decree-Law n.º 370/93 aims at imposing on producers, manufacturers, importers, distributors, packers and wholesalers of goods and suppliers of services the obligation to disclose a price list and the corresponding terms of sale.
The disclosure of a price list and corresponding terms of sale, increases transparency between economic agents, contributing for the creation of level playing field in the market.
