Following this descentralisation, national competition authorities and the European Commission have parallel competences in enforcing these rules in close cooperation, within the framework of the European Competition Network.
Beyond the cooperation within the ECN, the PCA is a member of the European Competition Authorities Association – ECA.
The PCA also cooperates bilaterally with European competition agencies.
