The AdC issued a non-opposition decision to the merger 17/2022 - G4S MTL / Attenti
On June 15, 2022, exercising the powers conferred on it by Article 19 (1) d) of its statutes, approved by Decree-Law 125/2014 of 18 August, the Board of the AdC decided, under Article 50 (1) b) of the Competition Law, not to oppose the operation on the grounds that it is not likely to create significant obstacles to effective competition in the identified markets.
