On April 29, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Competition Authority, exercising the powers conferred upon it by subparagraph d) of paragraph 1 of Article 19 of the Statutes, approved by Decree-Law No. 125/2014, of August 18, resolves to adopt a decision to proceed to in-depth investigation, pursuant to subparagraph c) of paragraph 1 of Article 50 of the Competition Law, since the notified concentration operation raises serious doubts, in light of the elements gathered, and in consideration of the criteria defined in Article 41, regarding its compatibility with the criterion established in paragraph 3 of Article 41 of the same law, with respect to the majority of the relevant markets identified.
