The AdC issued a non-opposition decision to the merger 37/2026 - Sonepar / Tanqueluz*Futurluz*Vedrel
On July 1, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Competition Authority, in the exercise of the powers conferred upon it by paragraph d) of paragraph 1 of article 19 of the Statutes, approved by Decree-Law no. 125/2014, of 18 August, decides to adopt a decision of non-opposition to the concentration operation, under the terms of paragraph b) of number 1 of article 50 of the Competition Law, since it is not susceptible to create significant impediments to effective competition in the national market or in a substantial part of it.
