The AdC issued a non-opposition decision to the merger 75/2025 - Linde Portugal / Acaíl Gás
On June 24, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Competition Authority, in the exercise of the powers conferred upon it by paragraph d) of paragraph 1 of article 19 of the Statutes, approved by Decree-Law no. 125/2014, of 18 August, decides to adopt a decision of non-opposition to the concentration operation, under the terms of paragraph a) of number 1 of article 53 of the Competition Law, since it is not susceptible to create significant impediments to effective competition in the national market or in a substantial part of it.
