The AdC (Portuguese Competition Authority) adopted a decision of inapplicability in the concentration operation 47/2026 - Ancor / Ambar.
On July 29, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Competition Authority, exercising the powers conferred upon it by subparagraph d) of paragraph 1 of Article 19 of the Statutes, approved by Decree-Law No. 125/2014, of August 18, resolves to adopt a decision of inapplicability to the concentration operation, pursuant to subparagraph a) of paragraph 1 of Article 50 of the Competition Law, since it is not covered by the obligation of prior notification referred to in Article 37 of that law.
