The AdC (Portuguese Competition Authority) adopted a decision of non-opposition in the concentration operation 44/2026 - Triplevolt*Flosel / Grupo Flosel
On July 22, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Competition Authority, exercising the powers conferred upon it by subparagraph d) of paragraph 1 of Article 19 of the Statutes, approved by Decree-Law No. 125/2014, of August 18, resolves to adopt a decision of non-opposition to the concentration operation, pursuant to subparagraph b) of paragraph 1 of Article 50 of the Competition Law, since it is not likely to create significant obstacles to effective competition in the national market or in a substantial part thereof.
