Caio Mario Pereira Neto is a Professor of Law at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) in São Paulo. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of São Paulo, as well as a Master of Laws and a Doctor of Juridical Science from Yale Law School (USA). He was a fellow of Yale’s Information Society Project and a participant in the Summer Doctoral Programme at the Oxford Internet Institute. He has served as a visiting professor at the University of Florida (Gainesville, FL, USA) and as a visiting researcher at King’s College London.
Arthur Sadami is a Research Fellow at the COMPPIT Nucleus at FGV São Paulo Law School and at the Center for Technology and Society (CTS) at FGV Rio de Janeiro Law School. Master of Laws and Ph.D. candidate at the University of São Paulo Law School, and LL.M. candidate at Yale Law School.
