The AdC issued a decision of non-applicability to the merger 62/2025 - Trilhágrande / Sabersal.
On September 10, 2025, the Board of Directors of the Competition Authority, using the powers conferred on it by paragraph d) of paragraph 1 of article 19 of the Statutes, approved by Decree-Law No. 125 /2014, of August 18, resolves to adopt a decision of inapplicability to the notified concentration operation, under the terms of paragraph a) of No. 1 of article 50 of the Competition Law, since it is not covered by the notification obligation provided for in paragraph 1 of article 37 of the Competition Law.
