On December 23, 2025, the Board of Directors of the Competition Authority, in exercise of the power conferred upon it by paragraph d) of No. 1 of article 19 of the Statutes, approved by Decree-Law No. 125/2014, of August 18, adopts a decision to proceed to in-depth investigation, pursuant to subparagraph c) of paragraph 1 of Article 50 of the Competition Law, since the concentration operation under analysis raises serious doubts, in light of the elements collected, and in view of the criteria defined in article 41, as to its compatibility with the criterion established in § 3 of article 41 of the same diploma, with regard to the identified relevant market.
