AdC adopted a non-opposition decision in concentration operation 96/2025 - Mezan / PT Data Center
On January 14, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Competition Authority, in exercise of the power conferred upon it by paragraph d) of No. 1 of article 19 of the Statutes, approved by Decree-Law No. 125/2014, of 18 August, resolves to adopt a decision of non-opposition to the concentration operation, under the terms of paragraph b) of No. 1 of article 50 of the Competition Law, since it is not likely to create significant obstacles to effective competition in the national market or in a substantial part thereof.
