The AdC announced that the procedure initiated to assess the Merger Nestlé/Nestea has been withdrawn.
In view of the request submitted by the Notifier, on May 14, 2025, the Board of Directors of the Competition Authority, in exercise of the power conferred upon it by paragraph d) of No. 1 of article 19 of the Statutes, approved by Decree-Law No. 125/2014, of August 18, declares the procedure corresponding to the analysis of operation Ccent. No. 86/2024 – Nestlé/Nestea to be terminated, under the terms of article 131 of the Code of Administrative Procedure.
