The AdC issued a decision of non-applicability to the merger 76/2025 - HCapital Partners * PCL * Premium Peculi * INSPARK / NATIVE.
On October 8, 2025, the Board of Directors of the Competition Authority, in exercise of the power conferred upon it by paragraph d) of No. 1 of article 19 of the Statutes, approved by Decree-Law No. 125/2014, of August 18, resolves to adopt a decision of inapplicability to the notified concentration operation, under the terms of paragraph a) of No. 1 of article 50 of the Competition Law, since it is not covered by the obligation of prior notification provided for in paragraph 1 of article 37 of the Competition Law.
