The AdC announced that the procedure initiated to assess the Merger 80/2024 – Esseco Industrial / Ercros has been withdrawn.
On August 13, 2025, in view of the request submitted by the Notifier, the Competition Authority Board, in the exercise of the competence conferred upon it by paragraph d) of paragraph 1 of article 19 of the Statutes, approved by Decree -Law No. 125/2014, of August 18, declares the procedure corresponding to the analysis of the Ccent operation extinct. 80/2024 – Esseco Industrial / Ercros,, pursuant to article 131 of the Code of Administrative Procedure, on the assumption that the notified concentration operation will not take place.
