The AdC held a public consultation on the proposed "Guidelines on the Assessment of the Competitive Impact of Public Policies”, from the 7 June 2018 to 28 July 2018.
The AdC is available to assist public decision-makers to carry out a Competition Impact Assessment of Public Policies.
