The AdC issued a decision of non-applicability to the merger 71/2025 - TEAK BV*TEAK S.A.*Semani Yorgancilar*Gülfem Perçin / Vórtex*Yorglass.
On September 17, 2025, the Board of Directors of the Competition Authority, in exercise of the power conferred upon it by paragraph d) of No. 1 of article 19 of the Statutes, approved by Decree-Law No. 125/2014, of August 18, resolves to adopt a decision of inapplicability to the notified concentration operation, under the terms of paragraph a) of No. 1 of article 50 of the Competition Law, since it is not covered by the obligation of prior notification referred to in article 37 of this diploma.
