The AdC issued a decision of non-applicability to the merger 97/2025 - Selena / IGM
On February 4, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Competition Authority, exercising the powers conferred upon it by subparagraph d) of paragraph 1 of Article 19 of the Statutes, approved by Decree-Law No. 125/2014, of August 18, resolves to adopt a decision of inapplicability in relation to the notified operation, pursuant to subparagraph a) of paragraph 1 of article 50 of the Competition Law, since it is not covered by the obligation of prior notification provided for in paragraph 1 of article 37 of the Competition Law.
