​The AdC held a public consultation on the draft report on "Labor market agreements and competition policy" and Best Practices “Preventing anti-competitive agreements in the labor market”, from 27 April 2021 to 9 June 2021.

On September 21, 2021 the AdC published the final Report and Best Practices Guide for the Prevention of Anticompetitive Agreements in Labor Markets.

The Public Consultation Report took into account stakeholders comments publicly available [in Portuguese]:
